ArenaNetwork works with Booking Agents, Promoters and Managers on a daily basis to assist them in booking their artists at our member venues. Some of the assistance we provide free of charge to Booking Agents, Promoters and Managers is:

• Disseminating Touring Information

  We communicate daily with our 45+ member venues and do weekly conference calls with them. We can feature your tour/event on the call and discuss all the important details with the venue to educate them on your tour/show.

• Avails Calendars

  Comprehensive Avails Calendar for all of our venues in a routing friendly format, distributed weekly and on-demand to promoters, agents and producers.

• Holding Dates/Routing Assistance

  We have extensive experience booking tours, we can help to hold dates and assist in the routing of artist tours. We also have a vast knowledge of our markets and the many venues & factors that could affect your show.

• Marketing

  The marketing departments at all of our member venues and can provide marketing assistance in many ways. We have some of the best marketing people in the country ready to assist you and even give creative input into your tour/event.

• Production

  We have detailed production information on all of our member venues.
